“Avangard” Participated in the Opening of Ice Rink in Sobornaya Square by the Main Cathedral of the Russian Armed Forces

Both skating and skates rental will remain free for the entire winter.

Volunteers of the “YOUNG ARMY” Movement have witnessed a historical event – a 3,000 square meter ice rink accommodating more than 400 skaters was arranged in Sobornaya Square of the Main Cathedral of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The opening ceremony of the largest New Year site in Moscow Region was performed by Sergey Shoigu, General of the Army, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation. Several areas for winter activities were presented to guests of the ceremony. However, the Ice Rink was surely the main event.
