Unarmia leader Nikita Nagorny reveals secrets of success in the framework of the project "Reverse Side of the Star"

Three-time world champion, eight-time European champion, Olympic silver medalist in gymnastics, chief of the general staff of the All-Russian children's and youth movement "Yunarmiya" Nikita Nagorny became a guest of the training and methodological center for military-patriotic education of youth "Avangard". Communication with the cadets of the famous athlete took place within the framework of the project "The reverse side of the star".

The conversation began with the topic of sports, victories, and the organization of the training process. Answering them, the guest said that he comes to each of his titles through constant work and striving to achieve his dreams.

"I can say for sure that in sports, as in life, there should be daily motivation. Many people train just like that — they are used to coming to the gym and doing something from childhood. I always had goals. With each new victory, responsibility grows. When I go out on the platform, I realize that my country and the fans are behind me, and this gives me the strength not to stop, " the champion shared.

One of the key topics of the meeting was the appointment of Nikita Nagorny as the head of Unarmia in 2020. The leader of the movement shared his plans for implementing new projects and noted the importance of military-patriotic education of the younger generation.

"I have been following closely, especially in recent years, the development of the unarmee movement and how military-patriotic work with young people was conducted in general. The scope and breadth of tasks that Unarmia solves were striking. And now it is an honor for me to be a part of a large team of like – minded people, who, not in words, but in deeds, realize the most important task for the country-the education of young people. I can say with confidence that I have the strength and desire to actively engage in solving these issues." Nikita Nagorny said.
